It should clearly state what your Web site is about. This page is your most valuable page, as it is the front door to your Web site and will be the first impression that your visitors will have of you.
  • ABOUT US
This is a page about you and/or your company. It may include additional level of pages with your credentials, resume, pictures, etc.

Other examples of the common main pages are:
  • FAQ
This pages contains answers for common questions that your visitors may have about your company, your products, or services.
  • PRODUCTS
This page contains information about all your products in general. If you have just a few products, you can place short descriptions with pictures for each product. Usually we accept only 3 pictures per page. For this page we can accept 4.
If you have a significant number of products, we recommend you to use a Product Catalog which is available with our Premium Package. You will be able to use an unlimited number of products and pictures; add, delete and edit all products yourself without someone's assistance.

  • ARTICLES

You have to check and update such links regularly, because these articles could be moved to another place or removed, and your links would become "broken". It's a good idea to have copies of such articles in your own system, but beware of problems with copyright. If you have written your own articles, tutorials, or brochures, you can publish them using Resource pages.

You have to check and update such links regularly, because these resources could disappear, and your links would become "broken". If you have additional resources on your own website, you can publish them using Resource pages.

'GET MORE' is a resource page that can include:
  • related news.
  • related books, magazines, and articles.
  • links to other Internet resources
  • etc.
You can order separate sub-pages for every type of resources.
Why I need a database?
Using a database converts your static web site into powerful dynamic data-driven Web application with almost unlimited possibilities.
    You can:
  • Create a customer database
  • Build your own mailing lists
  • Maintain a forum/guestbook
  • Set up an online shop with a product database
  • Provide a dynamic FAQ section
  • etc.
All our Packages not only include a database, but actually use it as a main building block.
What is an Administrative Panel?
Administrative Panel provides you with a 'back door' to manage internal features of your web site. Since all your data is stored in a database, you can manage your data instead of rewriting your pages. All your pages will use your new data immediately. You can order different sets of features, which you would like to manage yourself. Of course, you can add any features later while working on your Project. Administative Panel is included with our Pro and Premium packages.
What is not included in our rates?

I have an existing web site. Can you reuse its content?
  • Yes. If you have an existing web site and want to reuse its content, we can do it at no extra charge.
Why such Low Web Design Rates?
  • Low overhead costs are maintained by using our highly effective development tools, which allows to avoid the most time-consuming steps like gathering customer's information and sending endless requests for missing content. Thus very reasonable web design rates can be offered.
  • Most companies and private designers charge a lot more than we do. At the same time we have seen designers charging as low as $15.00 per hour. Sorry, we do not use such unprofessional developers or college students.
  • We charge for a fixed number of hours because it takes the guess work out of the final cost of your project - there are no surprises when you receive the final invoice.
  • You pay a predefined amount regardless of the time the developers actually spend on the project.
What is maintenance and why you need it?
  • "Maintenance" is defined as keeping the web site current. Website maintenance includes revising, editing, or otherwise changing existing web pages to keep your website up to date.
  • You will want to revise some or all of your web pages over time, or add additional web pages according to your business needs. Sometimes it's a simple change, like changing a date, or adding an event or you may want to add a new section or functionality to your site involving site-wide modification.
  • Content editing can be accomplished with updated information, such as special offers, product changes, pricing changes, new product and services announcements, employee information changes and all those things that keep your visitors properly informed. Accurate information on a web site is an important part of portraying a professional image.
  • Keeping your site fresh encourages people to return. Poor maintenance is a sure way of losing visitors, perhaps permanently.
  • Maintaining a site can require more money that developing it. Even the best-designed web sites do need regular maintenance.
  • an un-maintained web site can become close to obsolete within 6 - 9 months.
All our Packages include an Administrative Panel with a set of features that you can maintain yourself. Select and order as many features as you want.
May I maintain my web site myself?
  • It is often thought that companies can save money by having their own staff do the changes on the website. If the same task is performed by our professional website managers they can do much better, as they do it everyday.
  • Websites can be unintentionally damaged by incompetent upgrading. Links can be broken or lost, files exposed or deleted.
  • Unprofessional site updating often damages the site, no matter how unintentionally it might be. Links can be broken or lost, files exposed for easy exploit by hackers and spammers, un-optimized graphics slowing the page download.
Using our Administrative Panel gives you a full control over the ordered features and prevents from unintentional damage.
How You maintain Web Sites?
  • We can maintain your web site whenever you need more serious changes and updates than you can do yourself using the Administrative Panel.
  • We do our best to get it right the first time! Corrections are honestly acknowledged and fixed at our expense.
  • We make website maintenance a simple, stress-free experience. After your website is published, your Project will be enabled again in a 'Maintenance' mode. You will be able to upload your maintanence requests directly into your Project - you won't be shuffled around and have to start at square one explaining your project and needs.
  • You can expect to receive an email reply with production timelines and estimated cost of updates within 24 hours from receipt of your website maintenance request during our normal business week of Mon-Fri. We always try to accommodate any rush or emergency changes from our clients.
  • We can take care of the day-to-day website maintenance and website managements tasks, leaving you more important tasks - like running your business the way only you know how!
  • Minor changes can be carried out usually on the same day. You can easily contact us directly from the bottom of your web pages.
How to Update a Web Sites?
  • Content editing can be accomplished with updated information. Just upload your request, information or pictures into your Project.
  • Updated web pages can be easily and quickly displayed back via a private web address known only for you to view at your convenience. Once the revisions have been approved, then we load the revised files onto your hosting server.
  • Updating a whole web site is more challenging. This may be as simple as checking links to other sites to make sure they are current, or as complex as adding new capability to forms. The resources and cost of keeping a website current and operational depend on the size and complexity of the site and how often it needs to be updated.
  • All materials for requested updates should be provided electronically using your Project. We accept .html, .txt, or .doc (Word) format. Pictures need to be .jpg or .gif.
  • Updates may also be sent by postal mail. These require retyping data or scanning photos and will cost more to complete the changes.
Technical Support
  • Technical support generally means making sure that your files and file directory structures are up and running properly at all times, and all your links are functional. Your website should be up and running 24 hours a day, week after week, month after month, with an audience of millions all around the world.
  • We can manage your site to insure that all features are functional.
  • We can maintain a current local backup copy of your web site for a quick disaster recovery.
  • We can handle incoming requests for appropriate reciprocal links and keep your database clean from 'garbage' records. It takes time and resources, but it is all part of good website maintenance.
  • Since HTML documents and their related graphics components are linked in specific ways, any changes or additions that you make to existing documents or directories could affect or alter their relationship to one another. The most common result is that links are broken, and images or entire pages don't load properly.
  • Another simple way of letting users know that you've updated your site or specific pages is to add a notation. Notice how we do this at the bottom of each page.
  • Technology changes so fast that some say a "web year" is one month! A site begins to look and act old without updating. Furthermore components of the site can malfunction, requiring maintenance.
  • We can regularly
    • Test Your Forms
    • Validate Your Links
    • Check Your Site's Search Features
    • Check Your File Sizes and Download Times
    • Review Your Stylesheets, Standards, Accessibility and Compatibility
    • Update Your Time References and Copyright
    • Check Your Search Engine Visibility
    • etc.
Maintenance Strategies
  • Start by deciding how often you need or want to update your site and how extensive those updates will be. For example, a news publisher will likely update information on a daily basis, in some cases, even hourly. A retailer may update its site whenever there is new merchandise and for special sales and promotions.
  • Next, pay attention to what your users are doing and saying. How many people are visiting your site and where are they going? There are ways of tracking which pages of your site are being frequented. If your site is hosted by a web hosting service, it should supply you with detailed and timely reports. A number of shareware and commercial software programs are available to people who run their own servers. Many give you information in real time as to who is on your website, where they come from, which pages they access, and a lot more.
  • Provide a way for users to give feedback. The most common method is via e-mail. Use that information to identify and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Use qualitative comments about the site along with usage tracking data to guide your decisions about what content to keep, replace, or improve.
  • If you're pressed for time or resources, maintaining a simple database of all your pages, including a brief description of each page's content, related links and graphics files, can be very helpful. As your site grows, or if you hand over maintenance to someone else, the database will come in handy. Your Project area on our web site is the place where you can store all that information.
What can I do with my Administrative Panel?
It depends on a set of ordered features for your Web site.
Full set of features available in each Package you can find on our Compare Packages page

Why your PRO Package costs less than your BUDGET Package with the same added features?
If the features you would like to add to the BUDGET Package are already included in the PRO Package, we recommend you to order a PRO Package. It saves a development time on adding these features to your Project manually. As a result, your full development cost will be significantly reduced if you order a PRO or PREMIUM Package instead of ordering a BUDGET Package with a set of additional features. Always order a Package that includes all features you need. It saves your money, because the most cost-effective Package is PREMIUM. It includes all features from BUDGET and PRO Packages, plus E-commerce features, but its final cost is the lowest.
How to choose a right Package?
We offer you 3 Packages: BUDGET, PRO, and PREMIUM with different sets of pre-included features. You can order any Package with standard features, or select and add any additional features. If the features you would like to add to the Package are already included in the more advanced Package, we recommend you to consider orderind that Package. The cost of your order could be significantly reduced if you order more advanced Package instead of ordering a simple Package with a set of additional features. The most cost-effective full-featured Package is PREMIUM. Its final cost is the lowest.
